Langtang Circuit Trek is one of the popular destinations in Langtang Region. And this trail is becoming more and more popular these days because of its magnificent panoramic views along with impressive landscapes and rich flora and fauna. Langtang Circuit Trek includes the Langtang region, some part of Helambu and Goshainkunda Lake. This amazing adventure combines the diversity of spectacular views of the Himalayas with a vast number of exciting ethnic encounters. The main attractions of Langtang Circuit Trekking are the series of glorious peaks including Langtang Lirung (7200m), Langtang II (7227m), and Ganesh Himal among many others. Actually Langtang Region is close to Kathmandu and less populated than other trekking trails in Nepal.
Syabrubesi is the starting point of Langtang Circuit Trek. Well, Syabrubesi is an interesting village on the banks of the Bhote Koshi River. During the trek, we will be walking across the beautiful rhododendrons and bamboo forests with the abundance of wildlife. This trek also includes the holy lake of Goshainkunda which is equally religious for both Hindus and Buddhists. While on the trek, we will reach Langtang valley with friendly Sherpa villages near Kyanjin Gompa (3870m). Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon reaching at Kathmandu, the representatives from our company receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport and then transfer you to the hotel. You stay overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley
You will have full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley today. We will mainly cover world-famous World Heritage Sites situated at Kathmandu including: Pashupatinath Temple (one of the holiest temple of Lord Buddha), Bauddhanath Stupa (one of the oldest and largest Buddhist Monasteries in Nepal), Swayambhunath Temple (popularly known as Monkey Temple among foreigners), and Kathmandu Durbar Square among others. We stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi (1462m)
Today, early in the morning, we start our long drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi which takes about eight hours via public bus. During the drive, we can witness the scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Syabrubesi passing Dhunche. We will also enjoy the glimpse of beautiful Ganesh Himal and terraced green hills as well as lush forests during the drive. On reaching Syabrubeshi, we check into the hotel and spend overnight.

Day 04: Trek from Syabrubeshi to Lama Hotel (2500m)
Today will be the first day of trekking day. We follow the Langtang Khola River and pass through dense forests. We cross several suspension bridges on the way and also pass by tea houses. We eventually arrive at Lama hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 05: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3307m)
We start our second day of trekking today and we continue along the dense forests. We then make a steady climb up through the valley and leave the tree line behind us. On the way, we will have enough opportunity to enjoy the marvelous views of Langtang Lirung. Finally, we arrive at Langtang Village for overnight stay.

Day 06: Trek from Langtang to Kyanjin Gompa (3798m)
Today is going to be shorter walk but it will be adequate for acclimatizing. We will find some interesting things to explore. There are popular cheese factories in this place. This beautiful valley is on the lap of the Langtang Lirung. We check into the guesthouse to stay overnight.

Day 07: Visit Tserko Ri and trek back to Lama Hotel
Today, we visit Tserko Ri early in the morning for the beautiful mountain sunrise views. Then, we proceed back to Lama Hotel. After about 4 hours of downhill walk, we reach Lama Hotel, We stay overnight at local guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek from Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru (2250m)
Today, our first trail descends to the river. After crossing the river, we ascend to Thulo Syabru. On the way, we will witness the fascinating views of Langtang Himal and more. We will pass through the forests of pine and junipers on the way. We stay overnight at Thulo Syabru.

Day 09: Trek from Thulo Syabru to Shin Gompa (3250m)
Today, we take the broad trail climbing up to the Dimsa village and the trail continues less steeply through the forest to Shin Gompa. En route, we can witness fantastic views of Langtang Himal and Langtang Valley. Remember that Shin Gompa is also a popular place for Cheese. We stay overnight at Shin Gompa.

Day 10: Trek from Shin Gompa to Gosainkunda (4300m)
We ascend smoothly through the forested area to the top of the rim. The area in between Shin Gompa and Laurebina Yak is a sanctuary for the red panda. We return to the ridge path hand climb a wider route through alpine country to arrive at a Gosainkunda. We explore around the lakes and stay overnight at Gosainkunda.

Day 11: Trek from Gosainkunda to Gopte (3430m)
Today is going to be quite challenging day for us. Our trail is climb and rough. We have to pass more small lakes and cross Laurebina La. We eventually reach Gopte where we stay overnight.

Day 12: Trek from Gopte to Melamchigaon (3490)
Today, we slide down through a forested area and climb through a dry river bed to arrive at a Kharka that is surrounded by the forest of rhododendron. Passing through the village of Tharepati, we finally reach Melamchigaon where we stay overnight.

Day 13: Trek from Melamchigaon to Tarke Gyang (2743m)
Today, we enter the Helambu Region and walk up to Tarke Gyang. We can explore and enjoy the local Sherpa Culture with traditional village and monasteries. We stay overnight at Tarke Gyang.

Day 14: Trek from Tarke Gyang to Sermathang (2621m)
We have to cross the forest with the view of beautiful village of Helambu region today. Our trail makes a sweep around the wide valley end between Parachin and the pretty Sherpa village of Gangyul. We eventually reach at Sermathang where we stay overnight.

Day 15: Trek from Sermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (846m) and drive to Kathmandu
Today, we walk down to Melamchi Pul Bazaar with many Sherpa village and catch the transport to Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu, you can take your time for the last minute shopping. In the evening, we celebrate the farewell dinner with our trekking crew. We stay overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 16: Final Departure
After completing your rewarding trip in Nepal, you are going to leave Nepal today. Our company representative will transfer you to the airport for your final departure. We will be returning to your hometown today.
