Jomolhari Trek is one of the unique experiences of travelling in Bhutan. The trek is popular in the country which is the started from Paro to the Mount Jomolhari. It is one of the finest spectacular treks in Bhutan. The trek leads up to the base camp of Mt. Jomolhari with picturesque views of Himalayan range.
Jomolhari Trek is peacefully walked as it is recently opened for the visitors. The region is not frequently explored therefore so many things remain silent which challenge to be explored by the visitors. The wide variety of flora and fauna along with the beauty of nature is the side aspect of the trek. The lifestyle and culture of the high mountain people is still unspoiled which gives the visitors a chance to experience the life in those remote areas.
Jomolhari Trek is important for exploring Buddhist religion in Bhutan. Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
When your flight will be landed at the international airport of Nepal, you will be received by the representative of the Frontline Tours & Travels. He will guide you towards one of the best hotel of Kathmandu to take rest for the leisure time. Later on, we will enjoy the delicious breakfast at the local hotels.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Paro
From Kathmandu we will catch the Druk air to reach at the Paro airport viewing the scenic beauty from the flight. We can view the spectacular beauty f the Bhutan from the flight before landing. After landing at the Bhutan, we will be guided towards the hotels. The journey will be beautiful while walking through the clean and fresh environment. We will take rest for several hours at the hotel room. After having the lunch, we can visit around the market area where we can buy some magnificent things that we may like.

Day 03: Paro to Drukgyal Dzong to Sharna Zampa
After having the breakfast at Paro, we will drive towards the Drukgyal viewing the wonderful sceneries of the surroundings and from the Drukgyal trek; we will begin our trek following the Sharna Zampa viewing the wonderful view of the surroundings. We have to trek for about 4 to 5 hours through the main trail to reach at the Sharna Zampa from the Drukgyal Dzong.
Day 05: Sharna Zampa to Thangthangkha trek
We will follow the main trekking trail to reach at the Thangthangkha viewing the best scene of the surroundings. We have to trek for about 7 to 8 hours today to complete the trekking of today. While trekking at this region, we can see the best scene of the Mt. Jumolhari. The night will be at the altitude of 3610m.

Day 06: Thangthangkha to Jangothang Trek
From the Thangthangkha we will walk towards the Paro Chu enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the surroundings. We will surely enjoy the spectacular view of the high mountains while trekking at this region. Then we will have the trekking of around 5 to 6 hours through the main trail to reach at the altitude of the 4080m above sea level. The night will be at tented camp at the Jangothang.

Day 07: Trek to Lingshi trek
From the Jangothang, we will trek towards the Lingshi viewing the glorious view of the surroundings. After a short walk, we have to follow the ascending way towards the Nyilila pass to the altitude of 4870m above sea level. We will follow the main trail to reach at the Lingshi basin from where we can get the pleasuring view of the Lingshi Dzong in a clear day. The night will be at Lingshi at the altitude of 4010m after the trekking of 6 to 7 hours.

Day 08: Lingshi to Shodu
From Lingshi, we will trek towards the Shodu viewing the beautiful view of the mountains. The trekking route will follow the trail of the Yelila pass to the altitude of 4930m. A magnificent view of the Jumolhari, Tserimgang and Masangang can be seen while trekking at this region. We will stay the night at the Shodu at the altitude of 4080m after the trekking of 8 to 9 hours.

Day 09: Shodu to Barshong
From Shodu, we will walk towards the Thimpu Chhu through the forest of rhododendron and pine along with beautiful waterfalls. We will continue trek for about 5 to 6 hours to reach at the Barshong situating at the altitude of 3710m.

Day 10: Barshong to Dolam Kencho
From Barshong, we will trek towards the Thimpu Chhu river valley through the forest of rhododendron, pine juniper, conifers and bamboo and then ascends through the pasture lands. The night we will stay at the Dolam Kencho at the altitude of 3320m after the trekking of 5 to 6 hours.

Day11: Dolam Kencho to Thimpu
From Dolam Kencho, we will trek towards the Thimpu through the beautiful forest of the region. We can see the monkeys hanging all over the forest while trekking through the route. We will trek towards the Thimpu following the way through the Dodena. From here we can catch the vehicle to reach at the Thimpu within the interval of small time. It will take about 3 to 4 hours for us to reach at the Thimpu from Dolam Kencho.

Day 12: Thimpu to Paro
From Thimpu, we will drive towards the Paro. We can see the beautiful view of the statue of the Buddha which may be under construction. The night will be at Paro enjoying with the friends.

Day 13: Paro to Kathmandu
From Paro, we will take the returning flight back to the Kathmandu. We will be landed at the international airport and will head towards the hotel for the rest of the day. We can also visit at the city area of Kathmandu valley.

Day 14: Farewell
Today is the farewell day. We will wake up early in the morning to enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding. After having the refreshing breakfast, we will walk towards the airport. We will be entertained by the small farewell program organized at the airport by the Frontline Tours & Travels. Then you will catch the respective flight to return back to your own country.
