Everest Panorama Trek
 
Everest Panorama Trek is one of the popular treks in the foothills of Everest Region. This trek has been frequently organized for those trekkers who wish to explore the panorama of Everest Region in the short period of time. We begin Everest Panorama Trek with the sightseeing tour in the Kathmandu valley. After that, we catch our scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu.
After arrival at Lukla Airport, we meet with the rest of our trekking members and porters and continue further to Phakding and then to Namche. Namche is the Gateway of Everest Region. This trekking follows the trail to Tengboche Monastery from Namche. Although Everest Panorama Trek is a short trek, it will provide you a really superb view of the highest peaks of the world including Mount Everest, Mount Lhotse, Mount Ama Dablam, Mount Thamserku, and many others. During this trip, you will also get to explore typical succession of Sherpa villages surrounded by fluttering prayer flags and glistening snowcapped peaks. Besides, we will also visit the Khumjung village of the Khumbu region.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon reaching at Kathmandu, the representatives from our company receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport and then transfer you to the hotel. You stay overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
You will have full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley today. We will mainly cover world-famous World Heritage Sites situated at Kathmandu including: Pashupatinath Temple (one of the holiest temple of Lord Buddha), Bauddhanath Stupa (one of the oldest and largest Buddhist Monasteries in Nepal), Swayambhunath Temple (popularly known as Monkey Temple among foreigners), and Kathmandu Durbar Square among others. We stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu Lukla and trek to Phakding
Early in the morning, we catch our morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. The scenic flight of about 35 minutes will take to the Lukla Airport. On arrival at the airport, we meet our guide who will brief you and introduce with our porters before begin trekking further towards Phakding. It takes approx. three hours to reach Phakding where we stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3441 m)
Today, we continue trekking along Dudh Koshi River banks. We will cross this river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. We then enter Sagarmatha National Park from where our trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views. Eventually we reach Namche Bazaar which is the gateway to Everest Region. Namche is one of the biggest villages along the whole Everest Trail. We stay overnight at Guesthouse at Namche.

Day 05: Acclimatization at Namche (3441 m)
In order to acclimatize and adjust with the higher altitude and thinning of air, we spend a day in Namche as Acclimatization Day. We take a short trek to the historical museum and Syangboche Airport. We can witness rewarding views of Himalayas with beautiful sunrise and sunset over the panorama of Khumbu Peaks. We stay overnight at guesthouse at Namche.

Day 06: Trek from Namche (3441 m) to Tengboche
We continue our trek today along the rushing glacial waters of Dudh Koshi with magnificent views of the mountains. We reach Tyangboche monastery and explore around the ancient monastery area with incredibly ornate wall hangings, beautiful sculpture of Buddha (20 foot high), and the musical instruments of robes of Lamas and many others. We stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 07: Trek from Tyangboche to Khumjung Kunde
We stroll back from Tyangboche all the way to Sanwasa and then ascend to the Khumjung or Kunde village. Situated at the lap of mountain where Sir Edmund Hillary built a school, Khumjung is a beautiful Sherpa settlement in the region. We stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek from Khumjung to Phakding
We trek from Khumjung today and reach Phakding. The trek takes approx. five hours. We head uphill out of the village onto high pastures and then walk across the pastures to Syangboche. From Syangboche, we descend down to Namche for Lunch and then retrace the route back to Phakding, where we stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 09: Trek from Phakding to Lukla
We gradually ascend back to Phakding and then to Lukla today. Today is going to be the short and last day of the trip. It takes approx. four hours to reach Lukla. Lukla marks the end of our trip where we stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 10: Flight from Lukla to kathmandu
We catch our scheduled flight back to Kathmandu today. On arriving at Kathmandu, you can take your time to visit around the city or you can go for last minute shopping in Kathmandu. We stay overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 11: Final Departure
After completing your rewarding trip in Nepal, you are going to leave Nepal today. Our company representative will transfer you to the airport for your final departure. We will be returning to your hometown today.
