Booking Conditions
Being a reputed and government licensed Travel and Tour Company in Nepal, Frontline Travels and Tours (P) Ltd. is fully trustworthy company which is always committed to give you the best touring and trekking services in Nepal. It is very important that you read and understand the following booking terms and conditions carefully as it constitutes important information and a legally binding contract between you and Frontline Tours and Travels. The terms and conditions also set out the basis of your legal relationship with Frontline Tours and Travels (P) Ltd.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT MODE
In order to process your trip booking, you must send us filled booking form along with 30% of deposit for Nepal trips and 50% for Bhutan and Tibet trips which is non-refundable amount. And with this, you are confirming your acceptance with our Booking Terms and Conditions. After that, we require you to fax or e-mail a copy of your passport to our Kathmandu office. After receiving a copy of your passport and the completed booking form with your non-refundable deposit, we will send you the final confirmation receipt on our behalf. For the payment, we will let you know about the direct deposit details trough e-mails and bank service charge may apply and should be paid at the time of deposit.

Frontline Tours and Travels will also provide you e-mail regarding the details of the payment through credit card once your details are submitted. Remember that we only accept Visa or MasterCard and 4% levy will be added for card processing fee as service charge by the bank. Also, for the remaining amount, following conditions will be applicable as per your trip which has been booked:
• The remaining balance for your Nepal trips needs to be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
• If you have booked the multi-country tours like for Bhutan and Tibet, then you need to clear the remaining amount 35 days prior to your departure.
• Frontline Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip if you could not pay the full amount on due time.
• We will accept your last minute booking 10 days prior to the departure date for the trips. And if possible, you need to make full payment at that time.

CANCELLATION AND BOOKING CHANGES
In case, if you are failed to make your trip or want to cancel your programs, our company shall cancel your trips in Nepal and other destinations. But, you must inform and acknowledge our company about cancellation with minimum 20 days prior to trip departure and it must be made in written form and such notice begins from the day notice is received. Also remember that the cancellation shall be valid with the approval from the company after receiving documentations from client's side. The cancellation shall be valid with the approval from the company after receiving documentation. Then only, your trip shall be termed as cancelled. As a cancellation charge, we deduct 30% of the trip amount from your advanced payment.
And if any of our clients is unable to inform us before 20 days of trip departure and if a passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever either voluntarily or involuntarily and if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has started, Frontline Tours & Travels will not make any refunds for any meals and accommodation or services not used during the trip.
Regarding the changes in your original tour booked, you must submit a written document with the changes required. But remember that we cannot guarantee the changes while every effort will be made on our behalf.

PASSPORT AND VISA CONDITIONS
You need to have a valid passport with minimum validity of 6 months from the return date. And you can get Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Always remember that the costs of Visa are exclusive responsibility of clients themselves.

HEALTH AND FITNESS
For all tours and treks in Nepal, you need to have a sufficient level of fitness. So, you should check with your doctor concerning your health and fitness before starting your journey further. If you have any pre-existing medical condition or disability, then you might increase the risk of your requiring medical attention. And you need to inform to Frontline Tours and Travels about your medical condition as this may also hamper your travel in Nepal.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
For all the clients for any tours in Nepal and other countries, Travel Insurance is must. The Travel Insurance should offer enough protection for full duration of the tour which covers personal injury, emergency helicopter rescue, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, death, air ambulance, and other adequate cover for baggage.

CHILDREN
For the traveler children under the age of 16, a legal guardian must be there to accompany them. We expect you to contact us if you have any queries regarding the information about age conditions.

PUBLICITY
By agreeing in our terms and conditions, you are also showing your consent that Frontline Tours and Travels may use images of you taken during the trip without remedy to you and without compensation to you. But do remember that, whatever medium it can be, we will use those images for the promotion purposes only.
